Turisimo Fermentations and Hoch Organic Orchards have collaborated this Hard Cider. Purple Reign, a semi-sweet cider made with purple raspberries and other fruit grown by the Hoch Family in Nodine, MN. Purple Reign is made with a purple raspberry variety named Royalty, this unique flavor dominates this hard cider (6% ABV).

A robust, yet surprisingly refreshing porter, Mud Puppy is a favorite of dark beer lovers. Characterized by a thick, rocky head and luscious chocolate-like nose, the malty profile is balanced by liberal hopping for its style. ABV 5.60%. IBUs 50.

El Hefe is a Bavarian-style wheat beer brewed with American barley and wheat malts. Fermented with Weinstephan yeast for a subtle banana clove aroma often found in Bavarian wheat beers. Traditionally unfiltered, and usually served with a wedge of lemon. 5% ABV 8 IBUs

This sour winter ale has undergone spontaneous primary fermentation with native microbes found in the air in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This natural, terroir fermentation doesn’t just create an inviting sourness, but also connects this beer to our land and our community. The brisk tangy backbone is a lot like the brisk Winter air around here. This beer also contains unrefined, ancient sea salt, fresh spruce tips harvested by our friends up in the mountains around Juneau, Alaska and the essential oil pressed from the skins of the rare Italian Bergamot orange. ABV: 4.8% | IBUs: 3.5

How did we take the traditional American Light Mega-Lager and make it better? Easy. We made it fresher. For starters, we use fresh local ingredients. Unlike the others, this isn’t pasteurized either. This allows the pure clean flavor to shine through. We use a single strain of clean lager yeast and cold ferment it. Good water helps too, and La Crosse has some of the best water in the best beer state in the country. This is Craft American Lager. 4.2% ABV – 5 IBUs – 112 Calories – 8 Carbs

Made using real Wisconsin honey, our Honey Blonde is a traditional cream ale featuring a breezy floral bouquet, subtle sweetness, and crisp, clean finish. An easy to drink Amber Ale that couldn’t be smoother. Rebel Kent is not your typical amber. Instead of a classic heavy caramel malt bill, we used a Belgian yeast strain for a more rounded sweetness. It’s easy drinking, refreshing, and a beer we’re proud to serve in Wisconsin. ABV: 5% IBU: 123

Chaos Pattern is a delicious hazy IPA brewed for every-day drinking. It’s the kind of beer that ticks all of the boxes when you want to enjoy a hazy IPA or two, but don’t really want to crack open that hard-to-find, premium priced IPA that you spent 2 days tracking down. Chaos Pattern has tons of tropical fruit and citrus flavors, with a soft, luxurious mouthfeel. ABV = 6.5% IBU = 13

Close to Brewmaster Dan Carey’s heart, this Doppelbock’s journey began with Dan’s re-discovery of whole cone Diamant hops grown at his urging in Hallertau, Germany. Over ten years of his personal heritage barley research resulted in Dan choosing this seed propagation of Czech barley kilned as Pilsner Malt here in Wisconsin. He reveled in the challenge of double decoction brewing in his rescued 1962 copper Brewhouse, rehomed to New Glarus in 1997. This strong Bock lagered 10 weeks in the cellar before resting in the bottle 6 months for mature flavor perfection. Every journey begins with a single step.

Cask conditioned farmhouse ale-saison style beer. 4.8 ABV.

Moon Man s a seriously cool cat. Always comfortable in his own skin, he never tries too hard. So cool we named our "no coast" pale ale after him. You hold a session beer with a bright bold blend of five hops that flirt obligingly with the smooth malty backside. Don't let this one lay around it is brewed to be enjoyed today.
